Darren, I am soooo excited about our new hot tub that I can't sleep or think straight. For my own sanity, please hurry and get it to me as soon as possible before I end up in a loony bin!!! PS- Michael is absolutely "awesome" to deal with! The thing I liked most about dealing with him is how honest he was right down to telling us the installers may push product but it is also to our benefit to purchase from them, this is good to know! Business is business and we understand... Anyway, you really do have a very comfortable store to deal with and with out a doubt would recommend to all! So, please do hurry with our tub..

For the installation, Colin was able to maneuver the tub around numerous obstacles we were worried about and set up was as had been promised, simple and quick. I just wanted to offer my sincere appreciation for the great support you have given me in the last 14 months that I have had a hot tub. First of all the product is purely wonderful and easy to maintain. Not many days go by that I do not use it even in the warmer times of the year. I just enjoy ending my day taking a hot soak then falling into bed to go into a deep sleep. All you guys and your staff have provided me with great advice, any new information when it comes out and quick service with the chemicals, etc. You can be assured that not only do I recommend you and your company to friends but the next time I need to upgrade I will come “a knockin”.

Thank you so much for our Infrared Sauna. We have each lost 20 pounds (Erich and Cynthia) using the sauna in our Detoxification program in only 2 months. And all of this without any extra exercise. Our Detox program was fairly simple – reduce toxins going in and get the toxins out. We reduced our intake of toxins by not eating ‘sugars, dairy, wheat/grains’, and by drinking lots of water and eating certified organic food as much as possible. We got the toxins out by sweating in the Sauna; lots and lots of sweating (like 5-6 times a week). Also, by raising the core temperature of our bodies we kicked our metabolism into high gear. We have a couple more months to go and I am sure we will be glad to share with you our final results. Needless to say the Sauna has been a critical part of our success! Thanks again. |

We have had the use of our Armana 3 for just over a month. We love it. The
whole family is using it. We have noticed that our energy is higher, our
aches and pains are less, we sleep better, and everyone tells us that our
skin 'glows'. Even after a hard workout that used to leave us stiff,
especially by morning, does not impact us like it used to! We also use it
for 15 minutes, prior to a hard workout and it loosens us up for the task at
hand. We would recommend these to anyone. Our hope is these positive
results will keep getting better and better.
We have already directed people your way to see for themselves. Hoping they

Three months ago, when we were in the market for a hot tub, we first looked at Jacuzzi based on a recommendation from our Landscaper (Ananda Landscapes). That was the start of out hot tub shopping adventure. We went to all the Calgary dealers, did the in-depth research of the technology and compared each of the manufacturers. Four weeks later and being much higher on the learning curve, we came back to Jacuzzi and purchased the J480. When we considered the technology, efficiency, cold weather climatization, overall construction, aesthetics and most of all the "feel", the Jacuzzi was the best choice. Coupled with the knowledgeable staff and service before and after the sale, we know we've made the right choice. Our lifestyle now includes a relaxing soak in the tub on a nightly basis, even when it's -27C. That's the best time! Many thanks to Darren and his staff at Jacuzzi. |

Just wanted to say I got my spa and I love it....I had two people help me (only needed one) and we had it up and running in 45 minutes....great design and have used it twice already....I am not easily impressed but I have to say that the whole experience of buying a sunlighten spa was great and the product surpassed my expectations....thanks again....

Just wanted to let you know that your Electrician Albino with Baffa Electrical that does the installs for your Hot Tubs & Sauna did a wonderful job. He did an exceptional job on the install even though it was going through an undeveloped basement he still took care to make it not show to the eye. So far we are very happy with the service and know when the intall of the hot tub & sauna next week will be just as great of a job. We are so pleased with your company and will make sure we spread the word. |

On your recommendation, we recently purchased Jacuzzi model J480. I suffer from lower back pain but this hot tub has literally changed my life. My wife and I now use the tub more than our kids. When I purchased the hot tub, I did not think I would use it regularly. I have now resumed my workouts thanks to the free massage I can get everyday at my convenience in my hot tub. The hot tub has solved problems that my doctors and chiropractors could not fix. Thanks to Premium Spas, you've changed my life.
