Our experience with our Jacuzzi® Hot Tub has been excellent. It is so relaxing after a hard day to go for a soak in the tub. It has also been a great time for the family to get together and talk, away from distractions like TV, computer and phone. We find the kids really open up while talking with us in the hot tub.

After 18 months I think that I can safely say that you, Colin and all the staff at Jacuzzi® Premier Spas have met or exceeded all expectations in support and service for the spa.

A number of issues with the hot tub were dealt with in a courteously manner and in good time. Two issues that come to mind were simple things but as in one was difficult to locate and the other required consultation with Jacuzzi® to solve. A simple and all too common response to these simpler issues would have been that “that’s just the way it is, live with it.”

Dealing with Darren and all the Jacuzzi® staff with our purchase and now after with stopping by to have our water checked or buy spa sensations is always enjoyable and we find everyone goes out of their way to help us with our questions or just chit chat.

We went to all the Calgary dealers, did the in-depth research of the technology and compared each of the manufacturers. Four weeks later and being much higher on the learning curve, we came back to Jacuzzi® and purchased the J480. When we considered the technology, efficiency, cold weather climatization, overall construction, aesthetics and most of all the “feel”, the Jacuzzi® was the best choice.

Our lifestyle now includes a relaxing soak in the tub on a nightly basis, even when it's -27C.That's the best time! Many thanks to Darren and his staff at Jacuzzi®.
