Infrared light is part of the Sun's invisible spectrum. One of Far-Infrared light's characteristics is the ability to easily penetrate human tissue. When this happens, it creates a natural resonance, which has many beneficial properties. Remember the last time you were sunbathing with sunscreen? Were you still hot? Of course you were because the sunscreen only stops the UV (Ultraviolet) light from hitting your skin. The Far-Infrared heat (Far infrared light waves) penetrates your skin, giving you that wonderful natural warmth.

You can be exposed to Far-Infrared heat for hours and it will never cause your skin to burn. Far-Infrared heat is completely healthy and safe for all living things. In fact, it is so safe it is used in hospitals to warm newborn infants.

All humans send and receive Far infrared waves. The range of waves generated by the human body is 6 to 20 microns. The optimal micron output range is between 7 and 14 microns which is very close to the resonant frequency of a water molecule. This similarity makes sense since our bodies are almost 70% water. This range, sometimes called "Vital Rays" appears to have special regenerative effects on the body.

The result of Sunlight Saunas heater designs allows for better performance well within this vital wave range of 7 to 14 microns with a good portion of wavelengths at 9.4--which is the frequency at which a water molecule resonates or vibrates. This vibration causes a release of cellular toxins such as mercury, aluminum, cholesterol and other toxic gases such as sulfur and formaldehyde. This optimal micron output also allows for deeper penetration of Far infrared heat, which improves pain relief, detoxification, circulation, and increased peripheral blood flow.

Lifetime warranty on wood, controls, and heaters.

Golden Wave International Trading Limited warrants Sunlight Saunas to be free of defects in material and workmanship.

This warranty extends only to:  (1) a retail purchaser of a sauna directly from Sunlight Saunas; (2)  the authorized wholesale purchaser of a sauna directly from Sunlight Saunas; or (3) a retail purchaser of a sauna from a Sunlight Saunas' authorized wholesaler.    However, in the event of a sale, transfer or conveyance of a sauna from any of the three proceeding persons or entities, any rights, duties and obligations associated with this warranty shall be null and void and of no further force and effect.  The sauna must be purchased and used within one year of the manufactured date. Freight charges to and from the customer are the responsibility of the customer. This includes freight charges for parts shipped to enable the services of the sauna.

This warranty is void if the sauna has been altered, misused, abused or exposed to water. Such instances shall include operation or maintenance of the sauna in deviation to the published instructions. The warranty extends only to the manufacturing defects and does not cover the damages resulting from mishandling of the product by the owner.

Sunlight Saunas Corp. shall not be liable for the loss of use of the sauna or other incidental or consequential damages. Under no circumstances shall Sunlight SaunasT Corp. or any of its representatives be held liable for injury to any persons or damages to any properties. Specifications are subject to change without notice.

ATTENTION: Shipping damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL). Sunlight Saunas must be notified of any damage to your sauna within three (3) business day's of signing the BOL. Failure to notify Sunlight Saunas within the established time frame will result in the owner taking full responsibility for cost of ALL REPLACEMENT PARTS including shipping and handling fees.

Yes. Very Important. Electrical certification assures you that the sauna has been tested to meet safety and performance standards. For most consumers, electrical certification is taken for granted. Often times many consumers do not even think about or look to see if a product they are about to purchase displays a safety agency mark. But, without a safety agency listing, there is no proof that a product passes electrical and safety standards. Please take the time to review the following worldwide certifications. Not only is this product certified safe for Canada but has passed strict guidelines the world over!

	ETL AND ETL-C Safety Certified Electrical Testing Laboratories (ETL) was founded in 1896 by Thomas Edison, and is one of the oldest product safety testing laboratories in the world. Certification by ETL and ETL-C assures you that all Armana models have been tested to meet both US and Canadian safety and performance standards.
	CE Certified The CE Mark is a requirement for products sold to the European Market. The CE Mark identifies a product as complying with the health and safety requirements spelled out in European legislation and is mandatory for equipment operating in the European Union (EU).
	TUV Certified An electrical product bearing the North American TUV Listed mark signifies that it was tested and meets the minimum requirements of prescribed product safety standards. The mark indicates that the manufacturer's production site conforms to a range of compliance measures and is subject to periodic follow-up inspections to verify continued conformance.
	EMC Certified This Mark incorporates European, Japanese, U.S. and Australian electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements and provides an easily identifiable declaration that a product meets the EMC regulations of these markets. The International "emc-Mark" provides visible proof to regulatory officials of your commitment to quality, along with compliance with the EMC directive.
	C-Tick Certified Before a product covered by the EMC regulatory arrangements can be sold in Australia it must be tested to applicable standards and labeled. The label comprises a C-Tick mark and a unique supplier identification. The C-Tick mark is intended for use on products that comply with EMC standards. The C-Tick mark is a certification trademark registered to the ACA by the Trademarks Office and is only to be used in accordance with conditions laid down by the ACA (Australian Communications Authority).
	RoHSCertified The RoHS Directive stands for "the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment".  This Directive bans the placing on the EU market of new electrical and electronic equipment containing more than agreed levels of lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyl (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) flame retardants.

Hypoallergenic Basswood To some, a hypo-allergenic sauna means 60% to 70% of the sauna is made from non-odorous wood. But not Sunlight. We would not settle until 100% of the exposed wood was made from pure bass, the wood of choice for beekeepers because of its fragrance-free, hypoallergenic properties.
